Services: Control Cabinets

DAC's Electrical Lab has the expertise to design, assemble, wire, and test from the simplest to extremely complex control cabinets.   All panels are wired/designed to the NFPA 79 standard and UL/CE components are used wherever possible.

We also contract manufacture production Electrical Enclosures, providing our customers with a fully assembled and tested product, ready to install in their system.

Example: Industrial Electrical Panel.

This enclosure is an example of a 3-axis control cabinet.  It consists of 3 power supplies, 3 single axis motion control cards, 2 stepper amplifiers and one servo amplifier.  Also integrated into this system is an ethernet hub for communication from the drives to the computer controller.  DAC specified the components, generated the schematics, layed out the cabinet, assembled and wired the cabinet, and programmed and debugged the system.
