VIS 400

VIS 400 Vision Inspection System

The VIS 400 is a high resolution image acquisition system used for a variety of inspection and evaluation applications.  

The VIS 400 integrates a National Instruments (NI) motion control card and image acquisition card with a 4K line scan camera to produce an extremely high resolution image.  

Couple this with the DAC  interface, written using NI's Labview, and you have a very robust yet flexible system that can capture and then measure, evaluate, and report everything you'd want to know about your acquired image.

The systems utilizes either LED or fiber optic lighting that is adjustable to the product being inspected.  The adjustable camera arm allows for varying field of view with in the lens working distance.  The camera will accept most F-Mount lenses.  

For critical measurement applications, the VIS 400 has an optional telecentric lens.
